The Town Council of Tres Cantos launches its new APP
The City of Tres Cantos takes a step closer to the Smart Cities, in a clear commitment to innovation and collaboration.
Multiple functionalities
Among the many functionalities of the App, aimed at the citizen can have all the information of Tres Cantos, first hand, it is possible to highlight the areas of Incidence, Citizen Participation or Municipal Information.
In Issues, the citizen can give notices, with photographs and GPS position on any matter related to urban furniture, lighting, cleaning, green areas ... that arrive immediately to the City Council so that they can respond with greater celerity.
As for Citizen Participation, there is already a section dedicated to the creation of surveys to know the opinion of the neighbors with respect to issues of public interest, as well as a section in which the citizen can Create suggestions for improvement for your city that can be voted on or shared by other users.
In addition, the application serves as information channel for news, news and events that take place in Tres Cantos, so that the user is up to date with everything that happens in the municipality, as well as a directory of Services with GPS positioning, to guide us to the destination, and the possibility of sharing what we visualize by email, whatsapp or our social networks.
Finally, the App will notify by means of "Push notifications" (messages with short notices) on matters of importance for the day to day in the municipality as the beginning of works of paving in some way, cuts of traffic, water or light ...
These are some of the first functionalities of the "Ciudad de Tres Cantos" application, since fortnightly new services will be added that will be very useful for the Tricanthians.
